The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers.

As CoE Consultant for Order to Cash and related processes, you will analyze End to End Sales and Service Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks :

• Support functional design validation workshops, identify risks, and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape, and protection of investment.
• Support customer implementations and best practices for business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, and provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, provide solutions, and deliver services in very complex environments.
• Support critical customer escalation and drive critical issues to resolution.
• Mandatory :
• Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as SAP S / 4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module.
• Hands-on experience with S / 4HANA SD customizing and / or development tasks is a must.
• Hands-on experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America Localization topics.
• Must have end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S / 4HANA Order to Cash, Sales, or Service.
• Good communication and presentation skills to convince customers and other stakeholders based on facts.
• Willingness to travel 30% in All Americas Region.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills.
• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
• Additional :
• Functional / technical knowledge in any of the following areas is desired : Advanced Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, Advanced Available-to-Promise, Direct-to-Store Delivery for Direct Distribution, Pricing.
• Understanding in programming including BTP based development, OTC data model, root cause analysis, and performance optimization is preferred.

Language Skills :

• English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
• Spanish Mandatory.
• Portuguese - Optional.
