The North American Reverse Logistics Programs Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to lead the development of BI solutions.

You will lead the development of the ReLo Programs Team BI framework and capabilities. You will be responsible for aggregating data from existing sources as well as building and managing new pipelines and artifacts.

This includes developing and distributing standard and ad-hoc reporting for various performance metrics. You will support the planning and analysis of complex projects, with the objective of identifying optimal test / pilot location sites, providing statistical evaluations (e.

g., regression), and making recommendations for deployment. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and deployment of foundational structures to support a unified programs team.

This includes processes and mechanisms that enable efficient, nimble, and transparent project governance, execution, and communication.

The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, data-driven, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, complex environments.

You have demonstrated a knack for self-guided learning, rapidly acquiring and applying knowledge and new skills in nuanced situations.

You must be able to solve difficult problems that are loosely defined or structured. You have a record of mastering unfamiliar data lineages, from root systems to business utilization, to deliver consistently high quality results with limited guidance.

You build optimized and enduring solutions. You are adept at knowing when and how to apply a broad range of industry standard data design approaches, as they relate to analytics, and follow best practices.

You apply basic statistical methods to complicated problems, understanding the methods’ assumptions and limitations, and effectively communicate the insights to your customers and business partners.

The candidate is expected to deliver results that drive business decisions and highlight new opportunities through effectively navigating and working in a matrixed organization, influencing managers, balancing customer and technical needs, and providing recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely fast-paced and burgeoning team, to make an impact by influencing cross-functional, cross-geographic teams, launching new programs and business capabilities for ReLo operations teams.
