A footwear company in Beaverton Oregon is seeking a Time and Attendance Systems Business Analyst to join their team. This individual will be joining the HR Operations team and will be working cross functionally with different groups including HR systems team and the PMO team.
This individual will be supporting the implementation of UKG Time & Attendance across multiple different countries. They will be gathering business requirements, system testing, and deliver process and technology changes to these various countries.
To be successful in this role, this individual needs to have extensive experience on how time and attendance policies work within pay systems and how to translate those policies into system requirements.
This individual needs to be able to work on a flexible schedule in order to connect with various teams across various different time zones.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Business System Analyst experience SPECIFICALLY in time and attendance solutioning, i.e. timekeeping systems (UKG, Kronos, etc.)
- Experience within time and attendance in multiple countries / globally
- Strong Excel skills including v lookups, x look ups, pivot tables and basic formulas
- In-depth knowledge of time / attendance systems such as UKG, Kronos, etc.
