Responsibilities :
- Overseeing daily business operations and reporting to senior management.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training junior-level managers and staff by leading daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity through monthly and quarterly evaluations.
- Analyzing reports and adjusting the local business to ensure business performance remains strong.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
- Oversee facility compliance and safety standards.
