Job Description
Position Overview
The Operations Support Analyst will assist with a wide range of activities all directed toward the same goal : maximizing the profitability of Invenergy’s Field Service divisions.
Responsibilities include working closely with Asset management to track, make reclassifications to, and report on all aspects of the Field Service cost center by transforming data into actionable insights & business intelligence, and guiding data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to assess how primary assumptions may affect pricing and / or returns.
- Identify inconsistencies across models and provide feedback to management on how to ensure proper alignment of assumptions across job scopes.
- Manage recurring reporting processes and identify actionable items
- Provides support for day-to-day needs of the Operations Support team.
- Develop other ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Work alongside Field Service Management in the development and implementation of operational best practices
- Act as a liaison between Asset Management, Accounting, and the Field Service Management team
- Evaluate monthly charges to the Field Service cost center and reclassify them to their appropriate project cost center
- Track the cost of and report on all Field Service work
- Prepare and deliver customer invoicing for 3rd party Field Service work performed
Required Skills
- 2+ years professional related work experience
- Ability to work effectively with all level of personnel and to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to travel 10% to establish and maintain ongoing relationship with Fleet personnel and meet with other members of the Operations Support team
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software, primarily Excel
- Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills
Experience with the following softwares preferred Smartsheet, Power BI and Sharepoint
