AP/AR ASSISTANT Part-Time

Job details The AP / AR Assistant will assist the controller with day to day accounting responsibilities.

This is a part-time role that will lead to a full time opportunity.

This is a temporary to permanent position.

The hours are flexible :

Monday - Friday 8a-1p OR 3 Full days (8a-5p)

Responsibilities :

Inputting and reconciling accounting transactions ... Processing accounting data

Job Cost Management

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Skills :

Any HR experience is a Plus

Accounting experience preferred

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Prior experience in AR & AP

Must be proficient in Excel

Working Knowledge of ComputerEase
