Description :
Program Manager will coordinate projects to ensure that deadlines are met within the agreed time frame, budget, and quality.
Will manage Space related program for a PRIME customer. Will lead and coordinate the complete life cycle of projects : planning, execution, and closure.
Needs to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget with the quality standards and procedures of the company.
Will need to partner with engineers and push back or talk through design and manufacturing choices for profitability and scheduled timelines.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring their technical feasibility and appropriate risk management.
Manage communication between subcontractors, internal partners, and customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Project Engineering
- Must have experience leading programs / projects (Space & Defense strongly preferred) for full product life cycle - planning, execution, closure / delivery - delivering for Primes
