About The Position

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in physical therapy.
• Proficient in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate patient schedules.
