Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot HVAC- R system issues.
- Communicate with clients, manager, and office staff regarding needs and job progress.
- Estimate time and materials needed for projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technical training program in HVAC.
- Certifications.
- Refrigerant handling experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their components and functions.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to HVAC work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
