Job Summary :
We are seeking a highlymotivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as aCustomer Service Representative. In this role you will beresponsible for providing exceptional customer service to ourclients and participants ensuring their satisfaction with ourevents and services.
This is a fulltime permanent position withopportunities for growth within the company.
Salary : $20 $27 Per hour
KeyResponsibilities :
Serve as the first point ofcontact for all customer inquiries providing prompt and friendlyassistance via phone email and inperson
Handleregistration and payment processes for events and leagues ensuringaccuracy and efficiency
Communicate eventdetails rules and schedules to participants in a clear andprofessional manner
Address and resolve anycustomer complaints or issues in a timely and effectivemanner
Collaborate with other departments toensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and organized customer records anddata
Assist with marketing and promotionalefforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Stay uptodate with industry trends and customer needs tocontinuously improve our services and processes
Qualifications :
High school diploma orequivalent; college degree preferred
12 yearsof customer service experience preferably in a sports or eventmanagement setting
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving andconflict resolution abilities
Proficient inMicrosoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Passion for sports and promoting an activelifestyle
Availability to work weekends andevenings as needed
