Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Vancouver / Battle Grounds, Washington.

Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Vancouver and Battle Grounds area.
Responsibilities :
- Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
- Completes documentation in a timely fashion remote in our EMR (Athena I).
- Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier).
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Credentialed with Medicaid / Medicare a PLUS!
- Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
- TB Test.
- CPR / AED / First Aid Certification.
Skills :
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

- Salaried Base with additional Reimbursement Compensation
- $45,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, and licensure
