And we are always looking for top talent to join our team!For more information, please visit : Responsibilities : - Unearth and seize B2B opportunities within TD SYNNEX’s B2B customer channels, unlocking maximum product exposure and revenue growth.
- Build relationships with the B2B business development, product marketing,purchasing and sales teams, exceeding expectations and anticipating their needs.
- Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to tailor offerings and maximize revenue and to achieve and exceed assigned sales , profit and market share goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities, quotes and bids maximizing Ankers product and solutions. - Effectively communicate the value and innovations of the Anker family of products and solutions.
- Develop a strategic business plan for TD SYNNEX B2B accounts, focusing on growth and mutual success.- Actively track industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to gain valuable insights.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges, collaborating effectively with the distributor to maintain a positive and productive relationship.
- Gather and analyze weekly performance data, reporting to sales leadership with action plans.- Attend seminars, conferences, and events as needed.
What do we expect- Minimum 3-5 years experience with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts within the B2B sales channel.
- Experience working with large distributors such as TD SYNNEX.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Social Team Player.- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel etc.- Innovative thinker who is customer oriented and results driven.
- Prepared to travel 20% or less of the time, to regional clients.- Passionate about Anker Innovations' products and solutions.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
