We're on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who's passionate about hospitality, keeping operations on track, and fostering a positive team culture.

What You'll Do :
- Lead with Support : You'll provide crucial support in daily operations, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
- Hands-On Leadership : You'll maintain our standards of excellence by monitoring floor performance, helping guide team efforts, and providing feedback that drives both personal and store growth.
- Be a Brand Representative : You'll ensure that the guest experience reflects the values of our brand. Whether on the sales floor or interacting with team members, you'll represent who we are with confidence and pride.
- Team Mentor and Trainer : You'll act as a mentor, cultivating a culture of excellence and training team members on excellence in hospitality and product knowledge.
- Stockroom Organization & Inventory Management : You'll be in charge of our stock, keeping the stockroom organized, running high-accuracy inventory counts, and tracking and unpacking restocks.
- Customer Hospitality : You'll be active on the sales floor, engaging customers with warmth and genuine interest. You will solve customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Be the Product Expert : You'll become the go-to person for product knowledge, helping both customers and team members understand the craftsmanship, materials, and design that make our boots special.
