Direct Sales is a small business of 6 people that thrives on teamwork and a family friendly environment. Our sales support administrator provides administrative support to our sales department and owner.

The job duties include answering phones, scheduling meetings, at times arranging travel, following up with clients about orders and delivery, and checking invoices.

It’s essential for our sales support administrators to have strong computer skills, including familiarity with database, excel spreadsheet, outlook, office 365 products and other software, which you will use to track suppliers, customers, sales goals, and the team’s budget.

List of responsibilities to include but not limited to :

  • Coordinating sales meetings
  • Monitoring sales performance
  • Reporting unusual activity to supervisors
  • Troubleshooting and support
  • Ensure handling of requests
  • Customer relationship management
  • Analyzing sales data
  • Answers prospect inquiries to ensure satisfaction
  • Assisting with sales forecasting
  • Developing sales materials (flyers, line cards)
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Preparing sales presentations
  • Resolving complaints
  • Scheduling customer meetings and conferences
