Position Overview
Our team of small business professionals is looking to expand! We're hoping to find a teammate who's energetic, accustomed to working in a result driven environment, and is Property & Casualty Insurance licensed in Indiana.
As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to work within a successful State Farm Agency, building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas
- Self-motivated & detail oriented
- Experience operating CRM software and multiple computer programs at once
- Property and Casualty license
