Responsibilities
The Senior Associate / Associate Manager will :
- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
- Make strategic decisions to overcome challenges.
- Assist in budget development and management
- Provide input on key decisions related to the growth and development of the business
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in a Public Accounting and / or Private Industry setting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Interest and passion to get involved in other professional experiences such as Business Development and Recruiting.
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
