Job Description : As a Remote School Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in empowering students to communicate effectively and confidently.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Providing remote speech and language therapy sessions to address students' communication challenges and goals.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to students' support.
- Participating in remote Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' progress and goals.
- Offering guidance and resources to teachers and parents to promote speech and language development in the virtual learning environment.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in providing remote speech and language therapy services.
- Proficient in utilizing virtual platforms and tools for assessments and therapy sessions.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively in a remote work environment.
