Incumbent in this position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties of a routine and / or recurring nature, confidentiality is essential.

Essential Functions
These essential functions include but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the Agency.
Establishes / maintains files; search files and records for readily identifiable information as directed.
Under close direction, compiles data from varied sources and makes summary reports as required. Work may involve routine mathematical calculations and tabulations in accordance with established procedures.
Type, proofread and / or reproduce reports, forms, minutes, correspondence, checks, grants, and other materials as generated by Agency staff.
Proofread all work for accuracy and neatness.
Duplicate, collate, and prepare for mailing Agency reports, lists, correspondence, grants, etc., and assist with the preparation of large first class / bulk mailings.
Provide coverage of the Agency’s main telephone system in the absence of the receptionist and greet clients and visitors following established procedures.
Use office machines such as typewriter, computer, calculator, mailroom equipment, photocopier, fax machine and other standard office equipment.
Maintain inventory and re-order supplies.
Maintain follow-up system on reports and / or other assignments requiring action on a regular basis.
Assist in arranging workshops, financial support projects, training sessions, meetings, conferences and associated travel plans in accordance with established procedures.
Establish / Maintain photo identification badges using equipment and software as directed.
Maintain meeting rooms in a neat, organized manner and prepare meeting marquee board.
Serve as principal administrative support staff to the President & CEO in the absence of the Vice President, Administrative Services.
