JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Foundry Technology Services is on the lookout for a versatile Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to spearhead our next-gen PLM / PIM program aimed at transforming Product Innovation and Lifecycle Management within the Semiconductor industry.

This role encompasses leadership over a comprehensive program that spans design collaboration, semiconductor lifecycle management, and product release processes, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget outcomes.

Ideal for someone who thrives in a remote or onsite environment, this position offers a potential path from contract to full-time employment, with the engagement lasting up to 18 months.

Spearhead the management of complex, large-scale semiconductor projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

Manage risk identification and resolution throughout the program to maintain progress towards strategic objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams across semiconductor technical tracks, overseeing design, application development, system integration, data migration, DevOps, and QA.

Craft and execute the program roadmap, managing dependencies and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, evaluating their performance to optimize resources and deliver significant financial value.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Proven experience (8 years) in Engineering Program Management with involvement in large, complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

Strong background (4 years) in semiconductor or software engineering, capable of leading full lifecycle systems implementations.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to strategize and operationalize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
