We are on the lookout for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who can drive growth and nurture relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Interface with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide compelling solutions.

Policy Expertise : Master all aspects of insurance products available through the Skubic Allstate Insurance Agency, ensuring clients receive the best case-specific guidance.

Relationship Management : Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous trust and satisfaction.

Sales Achievement : Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirement

Licensing : Must possess a valid insurance sales license. Prior Allstate experience a plus.

Experience : A minimum of one year of experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.

Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused : Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fully remote setting while ensuring productivity and collaboration.

Self-Motivated : Capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and communication tools.
