The work of a producer in this insurance agency is to sell & produce the business that enables the agency to excel & prosper.
The producer often will respond to requests from clients who need insurance as well as work to create a need or want for other products we offer.
These professionals are consulting with businesses, families & individuals, evaluating their needs & recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Developongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers & more.....
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Inform clients of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
- A property & casualty license is required.
- A life & health license is preferred bot not required.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Exceptional business writing and editing skills.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales & service environment.
