Job Description
- Oversee and manage large-scale carpentry projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and field personnel to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive execution plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled carpenters, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration of their work with the carpentry scope.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and craftsmanship.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve project management processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading large-scale carpentry projects.
- Proven expertise in managing teams of skilled carpenters and subcontractors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
