Axel Health Primary Care is a growing primary care office looking for an experienced APRN. We are passionate about providing comprehensive, holistic, integrative care to our patients while working together to achieve their healthcare goals.
We work together to create achievable goals that allow our patients to be active participants in their health plan. We focus on health promotion and disease prevention, allowing patients to ultimately achieve their desired quality of life.
The physician extender will provide comprehensive health assessments, evaluation, planning and administration of quality patient care.
The physician extender works under the general supervision of a designated physician within Axel Health Primary Care. Care is provided based on assessment and management in accordance with regulatory standards, policy and procedure, protocols and practice guidelines.
The physician extender provides patient care and education based on individual patient health and cultural status.
Looking for dayshift coverage for a growing primary care office. We provide generous compensation, 401K and health insurance benefits.
Requirements :
Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
Board certified APRN with an unencumbered Florida license
Current ACLS and BLS
Current DEA license
Proficient with EMR
Outpatient experience required
