Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Lennox Commercial HVAC Sr HR Generalist role supports our corporate teams including finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, and product management.
This position also supports our field sales teams and distribution centers located throughout the United States. We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who is excited to support a growing business!
- Own all aspects of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Drive Human Resources initiatives and metrics for the business
- Own engagement for the Commercial floor at the Richardson campus and provide support to the field on engagement initiatives
- Provides support and guidance to employees and leaders for our performance management process.
- Interprets human resources policies, counsels employees concerning work related problems and provides recommends on discipline.
- Conducts and recommends process improvements to onboarding and exits.
- Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations on assigned projects.
- Participates with recruiting process including interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified applicants
- May provide technical guidance to lower level team members

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $76k - $105k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
