Web Producer Job Description

Summary :

In the role of Web Producer at Cornerstone OnDemand, you will be responsible for managing the creation, development and day-to-day operations of our web properties.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content managers, developers, designers, and product marketers to deliver high-quality, engaging web experiences that customers and prospects will love.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our websites are optimized for functionality, performance, user experience and adhering to company goals and timelines.

In this role, you will :

Deliver a high-quality web experiences clients and prospects will love.

Create, update, and maintain web content in content management

Monitor (quality control) content by setting up stage environments and troubleshooting, escalating and resolving bugs.

Work on development projects requiring front end styling, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and other applications.

Attend and participate in meetings that enable successful delivery of development.

Coordinate to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, fresh and adheres to the brand guidelines.

Train web collaborators and help in troubleshooting and solving any issues.

Work closely and collaboratively with the creative team and stakeholders on web projects and initiatives.

Conduct usability studies and testing for web features to ensure proper functionality.

Identify web technologies and make recommendations for enhancements that follow industry trends and standards.

QA stage and production environments, utilizing automated testing tools and keeping them up-to date with current website content.

Liaise and work with global team to coordinate CMS and development efforts on all our international sites.

Maintain and help inform global sitemaps and roadmaps.

Support in management of the creative infrastructures including OneDrive, Sharepoint, wiki, NAS, equipment, stock libraries.

Create, develop and maintain subsites using Sanity and other CMS systems as needed.

Effectively collaborate in web projects in Asana project management tool.

Conduct effective and informative web content reviews and consultations; Support PMO with implementing and updating process workflows.

Offer consideration for privacy and security obligations.

You’ve got what it takes, if you’ve got :

3+ years of web production in fast paced work environments.

3+ years of experience producing websites in multiple languages.

Is a self-starter, with an eye for producing content with quality and consistency.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complex variables.

Always looking for optimization opportunities from a production, workflow and project management perspective.

Sanity (CMS) and Asana (project management) experience is a plus.
