Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician.
This is a great role for a student looking for health care experience.
The hours are expected to be between Monday - Friday and 7 am to 2 pm.
Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs.
Light clerical duties required including but not limited to : Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.
Skills and Specifications : Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy Positive attitude Team player Ability to work with all types of people Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary.
Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients Reliable Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operations
