Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

• Travel Rate : $90 Radius : $85 for 51-100 miles Local : $80 for 50 miles or less Assignment for 26-32 weeks Med-Surg : Acute M / S Tele RN, e / o weekend req;
• E / O Mon SD : 2 yrs.RN exp, BLS req;NIHSS will be required prior to starting.Certifications Preferred : telemetry, ACLS, peripheral IV placement;

NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, telemetry strip interpretation all done by bedside RN License, or proof it is in process, must be included with the submission packet.

EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.

IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.

Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet.

No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April..
