The Forms Analyst will design and develop forms to comply with state insurance requirements and support Personal Lines Property business and client needs across all operating companies.
You will perform core administrative duties in support of the overall unit and will report to the Senior Manager, Policy Forms.
Primary Accountabilities
- You will create system generated images / forms using specialized forms development software / systems.
- You will be responsible for the review of statutes and case law and research industry language necessary for the introduction of policy forms for state expansion, new products and product enhancements.
- You will serve as a resource to the organization on best practices for form design, standards and functions and forms protocol.
- You will communicate policy contract and underwriting intent for all enterprise Property products for key stakeholders, including Operations, Claims, Legal, Consumer Affairs, and DOIs.
- You will assist with Department of Insurance market conduct examinations and inquiries.
- You will track and manage end to end development workflow from receipt of development request through internal client / user acceptance.
- You will operate with autonomy in determining priority of development requests and driving development execution in accordance with project specifications while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of end product.
- You will perform administrative functions to support the maintenance and oversight of core operational tools including the enterprise master forms list by operating company and homeowners product.
Qualifications
- 5+ P&C Insurance contract experience, ideally within the property claims or property underwriting functional areas.
- Consistently meets deadlines and adapts to change.
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a small unit as well as across all areas of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, multitasking and attention to detail skills needed.
- Demonstrated organizational, desk, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
In this flex office / home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations : Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
