Well established Bucks County equipment distributor is seeking a Accounting Manager to join the managerial team. Highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities include :
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll to Paychex
- Supervise the Accounts payable / receivable representative
- Manage cash balances and provide cash forecast report to President
- manage the weekly processing of vendor bills, ensuring proper approvals and GL coding
- Manage weekly check run
- Maintain W-9 and COI's for vendors
- Month end and yearend close
- Work with outside CPA firm with the annual financials and tax filings
- Prepare and submit multi-state sales tax filings and state / federal filings.
- Sales commissions and expense reports
Requirements :
- BS Accounting
- 5 plus years relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
- Highly organized self-starter
- Strong systems skills. Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience is a plus
- Sage or any ERP experience .
