Job Description :
Join our dynamic team as a Medsurg / Tele Registered Nurse (RN) in Brockton, MA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
You will play a critical role in the coordination and implementation of nursing care, utilizing your expertise in telemetry and medical-surgical settings to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with varying medical conditions.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding to any changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-hospital care, and wellness practices.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in Massachusetts.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medsurg / Tele unit or similar setting.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
