Join our team at Bosch Power Tools as a Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our material handling and support equipment.

Your expertise will keep our operations humming and help us deliver top-quality tools to our customers.*Key Responsibilities : *Troubleshoot & Repair : * Keep our motors, drives, belting, RF scan guns, and label machines in top condition.

Dive into pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components to solve any issues.* *Install Equipment : * Get hands-on with installing conveyors, stretch wrap machines, sorters, motors, drives, and belts.

• Certifications : * Earn certifications on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts to ensure you can operate all necessary equipment safely.
• Follow Procedures : * Adhere to escalation plans and working instructions to keep processes running smoothly.* *Support & Improve : * Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and enhance 5S standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate : * Work closely with engineers and team members, sharing your equipment knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative environment.
• Preventive Maintenance : * Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Documentation : * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
• Qualifications *Education : * High School Diploma or GED required.* *Experience : * Minimum of 3 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic / technician.
• Skills : * Proficiency in reading, writing, and math is essential. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) is a plus.
