We are looking for friendly, sharp individuals; people who can learn about and sell our chocolates, assemble our made from scratch artisan sundaes, and make various gourmet drinks.
At DeBrand we want to work with individuals who are self-motivated, willing to learn, think and care, not only about the products we provide, but also the customers we serve and the employees we work alongside.
The Assistant Manager would oversee and direct staff in shop while providing excellent customer service. A probationary training period would take place before promotion to Assistant Manager.
Job duties and qualifications would include but are not limited to :
- Willing to work a varied schedule
- Be comfortable working on their feet all day
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Want to have fun and challenge themselves and those around them
- Take pride in making and selling delicious, gourmet chocolates
- Be willing to help in other departments as needed
- Work quickly and efficiently with their hands
- Be dedicated to thinking and caring about what they are doing each and every day
- Management and retail experience preferred
