Job Summary :
The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the wait staff in ensuring efficient service and an exceptional dining experience for guests.
This includes clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting with the delivery of food and beverages as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Table Maintenance : Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables after guests finish their meals. Reset tables promptly for the next seating.
- Cleaning : Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and other surfaces. Assist with sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills as needed.
- Support Waitstaff : Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to any additional guest needs.
- Stocking : Replenish silverware, glassware, napkins, and other dining essentials. Ensure that service stations are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Guest Interaction : Provide friendly and efficient service, responding to guest inquiries, and addressing any requests or concerns.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Communicate effectively with team members to meet guest needs promptly.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or head server.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work well in a team.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability : Flexible schedule, including Saturday nights. Morning shifts from 8 : 00am- 2 : 00pm and Evening shifts from 4 : 30pm - 10 : 00 pm.
We are closed Sunday's and most holidays.
Compensation :
- $13 per hour
- Split tips with Food runners
- Full time employees may receive health insurance, dental, vision, 401 K. After your first 90 days accrued paid sick time and vacation time with an additional 2 paid personal days.

The ACC is closed for New years day, Memorial day, Juneteenth, July 4th, the first full week of August, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and the 24th-26th of December.
