About The Position
Job Title : Interventional Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : Radiologic Technologist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 40 hours / week, Days, Monday - Friday between 07 : 00 - 17 : 00 Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours Experience : Minimum 2 years of clinical imaging experience required, particularly in interventional radiology.
Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma center or similar size hospital required. Prior traveler experience and Epic experience are highly preferred.
License : Wisconsin Radiological License required Certifications : ARRT (R) required; ARRT (VI) highly preferred; BLS issued by American Heart Association only Must-Have : Experience in pediatric, neuro, and vascular interventional procedures, knowledge of sterile technique, and preparing trays for procedures.
Job Description : - Collaborate with vascular interventional and neuroendovascular physicians and nurses.- Utilize multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes, including Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR.
- Provide imaging for inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and intra-operative patients while using critical thinking skills.
- Assist in emergent cases such as strokes and traumas.- Must have a permanent address outside a 50-mile radius of the specified location.
- Willingness to float to different floors or units depending on staffing needs and competency skills.- Must be flexible with schedule adjustments based on unit needs.
