We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
You will be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
Tasks
- Provide front-line support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for end-users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
