We are so much more than a PartsStore and we are looking for even more greattalent to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA AutomotivePartsSpecialist ,you are looked at as the face of the retail store and the go toperson as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all oftheir automotive needs.

You don’t need to be able to tear andmotor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotiveparts.

Whatyou will be doing :

• Provideauto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesalecustomers in person at the counter / over thephone
• Useyour parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answerquestions forcustomers
• Providingoutstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comesinto our NAPAStore!
• Bringcustomer focus and high energy to our fast-pacedstores
• Welcomeretail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide apositive consumerexperience
• Usetechnology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalogsystem

Thisis the right opportunity for you if you :

• Genuinelyenjoy helping our retail and wholesale customers with their autoparts and servicequestions
• Havegained your parts experience by working the automotive industry orhave gained your experience tinkering with / repairing cars& trucks through theyear
• Youare willing to learn all things automotive if you don’t have thebackground in automotiveparts.
• Wantto join a team where you can learn and grow your career theopportunities areendless!

Whatyou’ll need :

• ValidDriver’s License
• Previousexperience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least awillingness to learn all things autoparts.
• HighSchool Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses ordegree.
• Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
• Lovefast paced retailenvironments
• Greatlistening skills and empathy forcustomers

Andif you have this, even better (not a deal breaker if youdon’t) :

• Backgroundand / or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farmindustry, diesel, marine, ordealership.
• Experiencein a parts store, auction, retail store, autobody / collision
• Knowledgeof cataloging AND / OR inventory management systems, aplus
• Entirelycustomer-centric(external / internal)
• ASECertifications
