Overview :

The Vice President role is crucial in providing the leadership, management, and strategic direction necessary to ensure the organization has the right operational systems, reporting structures, and personnel in place to promote business growth, financial stability, and operational efficiency.

This position oversees the planning, coordination, and management of all activities related to mechanical services, maintenance, calibration, and validation programs.

Success in this role comes through fostering a constructive, positive, and energetic approach while aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer day-to-day leadership and management of all operational areas, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Develop strategies to track and improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost across operations.
  • Drive business units to exceed goals related to sales, profitability, cash flow, and overall business targets.
  • Foster a high level of cooperation with peers, the executive team, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure internal and external processes are effective and measured, delivering timely and accurate reports on operational performance.
  • Lead the creation and communication of growth strategies that drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement plans that enhance operational systems, processes, and personnel capabilities to accommodate growth.
  • Inspire and guide high-performing teams; recruit, develop, and retain key executive talent, and mentor management for career development.
  • Act as a primary client contact, ensuring superior client relations and partnerships.
  • Create a results-driven, accountable work environment.
  • Represent the company in interactions with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Ensure full implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership with a demonstrated history of business growth.
  • At least five years in a senior management position.
  • Required experience in the mechanical or HVAC services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements :

The role requires regular standing, walking, and using hands for tools and equipment. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
