Job Description
TeamHealth is seeking a clinical medical director to lead our team at Walker Baptist Medical Center in the Birmingham, Alabama, area.
This position offers an opportunity to grow your leadership career in an area close to Birmingham, with moderate volumes, a very sharp and well-trained physician staff and excellent specialty backup.
The ideal physician candidate will be board certified in internal medicine, show career progression, demonstrate leadership abilities and provide excellent patient care.
One year experience as medical director or associate medical director is ideal. This position comes with generous clinical compensation, a director stipend, sign-on bonus and relocation funds.
