Key ResponsibilitiesSupport servicing oversight programs and evaluate policies and proceduresReview servicer reports and conduct testing for compliance with regulatory and investor requirementsPrepare reports and analyze loan documentation for servicing performance and complianceRequired Qualifications2-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing operations or asset managementKnowledge of mortgage servicing systems, such as MSPUnderstanding of regulatory requirements for loan servicingStrong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and TableauAbility to work independently and effectively with business partners
