A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a talented and dedicated People Partner Generalist to join their team in Buena Park, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit and onboard top talent through effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work culture and resolving disputes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee performance review processes, providing guidance on employee development and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, staying updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Compensation and Benefits :
