The role :

This leadership role (Principal Engineer 3) analyzes user needs and designs complex systems. You'll guide the development process, ensuring technical integrity and successful integration with existing systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for interacting with users, government officials, and the development team.

What you'll need :

BS and twenty (20) years experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

Experience can substitute degrees.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
  • Technical Certification as an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) from INCOSE, DAWIA SPRDE Level 3, or other equivalent certification is a huge plus!

Clearance requirement : US Citizenship and active security clearance (with Polygraph) are required for consideration.

Location : Worksite is in a contractor SCIF in the Laurel, MD area.
