In this role, you will conduct thorough property inspections, collaborate with insurance adjusters, and assist homeowners in managing roof tarping and damage mitigation, especially in storm-affected areas.

Responsibilities :

• Property Inspection : Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to assess wind, hail, and other damage accurately.
• Claim Investigations : Perform meticulous investigations, gather essential documentation, and prepare detailed adjusting reports with findings and recommendations.
• Property Restoration : Assist in tarping, shingle repair attempts, and other measures to mitigate damages.
• Homeowner Communication : Provide clear, accurate information to homeowners about our representation and the inspection process in a professional manner.
• Documentation : Capture high-quality photos, obtain precise measurements, and submit findings using applications like SiteCapture.
• Site Capture : Utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide comprehensive documentation during assessments.
• Back-end Support : Assist with back-end fund collections and ensure homeowners receive the support they need.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven experience in property damage assessment or a related field. Experience in sales, collections, and insurance claims is a plus.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders.

Bilingualism in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in assessments and reports, contributing to fair claim settlements.
• Physical Fitness : Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work on roofs safely and comfortably.
• Independence and Teamwork : Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Reliability : Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to juggle tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in daily operations.

Compensation and Perks :

• Salary : Competitive base salary of $36,000 - $40,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional performance-based bonuses available each month.

Schedule :

Hours : Full-time, Monday through Friday, 12 : 30 pm - 8 pm; alternating weekends.
