Job Title : Superintendent - Commercial General Contractor

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join the dynamic team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience, with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects.
Holding an OSHA 30 certification is required, demonstrating a dedication to safety protocols and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to specifications and plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met and any potential risks are addressed proactively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
