40 hours for 8 / 10 shifts Experience : 18 months tele / acute care experience required; 2 years preferred; 2-3 years ortho experience required.
First-time travelers accepted. License : Pending licenses accepted Certifications : BLS, ACLS (must have prior to submission), NIHSS (must obtain before start) Must-Have : - Must be nicotine-free, no exceptions.
Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.- EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts max for each.
No remediation for a re-test. Job Description : Ortho experience required for Medical Surgical RN position.- Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours.
- Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs, which includes floating to all nearby hospitals within 20 miles.
- Open to discussing block schedules during interviews, but not guaranteed as it depends on unit needs.- Locals accepted with the same rate.
- All requested time off must be included in submission and will not be reviewed if submitted later.- Strict non-smoking facility;
all candidates must be nicotine-free.- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical and religious exemptions available.
- Facility strictly adheres to a no-call policy during the recruitment and placement process.- Compliance documentation deadline is Monday before start date, and a 16-hour orientation is to be completed initially.
