Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry
DutiesEnsure a safe and effective learning environment for students during the laboratory sessions. Minimum Qualifications Students require a background in Chemistry (and specifically Organic Chemistry).
Excellent communication skills, demonstration skills, previous experience in organic chemistry labs, clear understanding of laboratory safety and experience working safely in an experimental organic chemistry laboratory.
Previous experience in a teaching lab environment would be an asset. Preferred Qualifications previous experience teaching organic chemistry labs;
attention to detail; Safety is number one priority; patience and excellent communications skills.Relevant CriterionPrevious experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
