Job Description
Dewberry is looking for an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join a growing group of professional engineers in either our Nashville, TN, Jackson, MS, or Birmingham, AL office.
Knowledge of power distribution and computer modeling is preferred. The position also requires a strong technical background, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and quality control.
Travel within the United States is required.
Required Skills & Required Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
- 0-4 years of experience
- EIT preferred
- Communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
- Travel to customer facilities to gather information on power distribution components and topology
- Model power distribution systems using computer software, prepare electrical engineering calculations, and reports to meet project requirements
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
