Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household.
Children ages : 14,12,9.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for children while ensuring the home runs smoothly.
This role requires a blend of caregiving, organizational skills, and the ability to manage various household tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation needs for 3 children
- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly home environment.
- Purchase Groceries, prepare meals, using recipes.
- Assist with daily routines, including transportation to and from school or activities.
- Manage household schedules, including appointments and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to ensure a tidy living space.
- Laundry is part of the job, we do have a housekeeper who comes twice weekly
- We provide a 2020 Volvo SUV to drive while at work.
- Clean driving record and valid SSN are required
Skills
- Experience in care giving or as a nanny
- Ability to clean and maintain a home efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in meal preparation, with an emphasis on healthy cooking for children.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures to ensure children's safety is plus .
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to educate children through engaging activities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a house manager is preferred but not required

Pay : $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
