Hours : fully on site 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm Monday- Friday

Salary : $48,000

Job Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing and developing relationships with potential and existing customers.

This role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs, all while working from the company's office.

Lead Generation and Qualification :

  • Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and timeline.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up calls to engage potential customers.
  • Present and explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Relationship Building :

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Email etiquette
