Bishop Rehabilitation & NursingCenter is looking for a RegisteredNurse (RN) Supervisor to work the Evening shift in our facility in Syracuse NY .
$3000 SignOn Bonus!!!
DUTIES :
- As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor complete residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff
- The responsibility of the RegisteredNurse (RN) supervisor is to establish a compassionate environmentby providing support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staff by answeringquestions and requests
- Maintain a safe &clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations
- Maintain resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
- Maintain documentation of resident careservices
- Maintain a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN)license
- Minimum 3 years of LongTerm Careexperience required
- Should be a strong andpositive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribingprograms
- Excellent communicationskills
- Basic computer skills
