Job : Full-Time, On-Site School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP )

Caseload : K-12, To Be Determined Based on Experience
Responsibilities :
- Assess and Diagnose : Evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Therapy Planning : Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Therapy Delivery : Provide therapy both individually and in groups.
- Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
- Progress Monitoring : Track and adjust therapy based on student progress.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
- IEPs : Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Progress Notes and Billing : Complete progress notes and manage Medicaid billing.
- Team Participation : Engage in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications :
- Educational Requirements : M.A. / M.S. or Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification : Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensure : South Carolina State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience : Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
